1. Service Agreement
By engaging Cyberview's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services include engine diagnostics, brake system inspection, and vehicle maintenance as described on our website.
2. Liability Limitations
Cyberview provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. Vehicle owners assume responsibility for any repairs conducted at their request.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods
- Invoices must be paid within 30 days for corporate clients
- Late payment may incur additional charges per Malaysian law
4. Warranty & Guarantees
All diagnostic services and repairs include a 30-day parts warranty. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All diagnostic reports, service documentation, and vehicle data remain the property of Cyberview. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
6. Data Privacy
We collect and process personal data in compliance with Malaysian data protection laws and GDPR where applicable. Your data is used solely for service delivery and communication. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to appointment. Completed services are non-refundable unless faulty workmanship is proven.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Selangor, Malaysia.
